- Businesses may sign a term contract in order to obtain a better rate

Residential Promotion
- Special: You can get the reduced introductory price as a permanent price if you sign a 2 year contract term with a $200 early termination charge. You keep the reduced pricing for Life, as long as you don't move out of the state and do not terminate service
- Deluxe service is reduced to $22/month for the first 12 months (or for life with contract)
- Standalone Deluxe service is reduced to $27/month for the first 12 months (or for life with contract)
- Premier service is reduced to $32/month for the first 12 months (or for life with contract)
- Standalone Premier service is reduced to $37/month for the first 12 months (or for life with contract)
- Activation charge is waived
- Speed change fee waived for upgrades -- normally $9.99
