ADVENTURES IN BOATING WASHINGTON

January 1, 2008.  Washington State law requires that operators of watercraft having motors of 15 hp or greater to have completed a basic boating safety course and obtained a Boater Education Card.  The card must be carried with the driver while operating a boat, much like a drivers license. What is Adventures in Boating Washington?
